Our Story

There is more that can’t be said about our wine than can be— that’s because getting the unbelievable deals that give our wines $150+ pedigree in $25 bottles in the Napa Valley is a promise to keep your mouth shut. While most cult Napa wineries sell fruit or wine to other brands, to protect their equity it is always done in strict secrecy. Even the founder of Delightful & Strange, a local Master of Wine, can no longer be mentioned by name.

Secrecy aside: Delightful and Strange is founded on the principle that Napa’s finest terroirs don’t have to come with a triple-digit price tag. Founded by a Master of Wine and now blended by Master of Wine hopeful Robert Emery, Delightful & Strange wines are blends that far exceed the expectations of their price, and deliver the best of Napa Valley for less.

We’re inspired by the incredible potential of Napa Valley terroir, and the consistently delightful (and occasionally strange) blends we’re able to produce from top-scoring vineyards up and down America’s most prestigious winegrowing region.
